"I called in just trying to add another vehicle with full coverage for my son. I had received an incorrect quote from the call center over the weekend and the change was quite drastic. However, Stephanie was able to explain everything to me and break down the insurance policy correctly to me. She followed up with me days later just to make sure that I was okay and still understood the policy and payment schedule. She was amazing! As a Single Mother leading my son into Young Adulthood and helping him get a vehicle and making sure it’s properly insured and guiding him to make proper decisions, the experience was overwhelming….until I spoke with Stephanie. She was warm, patient, understanding, and that helped to ease my anxiety and make sure I made the proper choices to ensure my son’s first vehicle!"
